2.9 sizzling (I don't mean fast) miles at Lake Park during the lunch hour 35 minutes. Smeagol didn't do himself any favors by running inside on the treadmill.

 1 hour hiking with the scouts in Dry Creek Canyon.

I closed my eyes on the treadmill and believed I was outside. It actually worked but instead of being sizzled I felt nice and cool. I heard that you make a mean cabbage soup. You'll have to tell me about it. Yumm... cabbage.
