Are you stalking me? ;-) Everything is well. Thanks for checking in on me.

I've been doing a lot of low impact stuff like hiking and elliptical and some weight lifting too. I'm trying to give my back and leg joints a rest for a couple months since they didn't like the half marathon much.

And since this is the "fastrunning" blog I decided not to update my blog :( but I look in occasionally to see how my favorite bloggers are doing!

I hope to do some 5ks this fall starting in October.

Looking forward to seeing your 5-k training runs and races!! Good to give your body and rest and good to compensate it with low-impact training. You'll be back to short distance running in no time!!

I've just been a slacker period :P Kudos to you for doing something :) I need to kick myself in the pants and just start getting up at 5a and to bed at 9p. Hey, I've noticed you don't sleep much.....I get a few extra zzzzz if I were you, and of course we are stalking that's what we are here for :P

Yep. I was a slacker in August too, but not really too bad because I've kept up my low impact stuff.

I'm going to try the treadmill later this month and start looking for some 5Ks! I'm jealous of everyone who is running now that the weather is so nice.
